This is the booking site for TORRIE DWYER at GEIST HAIR STUDIO, BOSTON. SINCE I RUN MY BUSINESS SOLO WITHOUT AN ASSISTANT OR RECEPTIONIST, I’M NOT ALWAYS ABLE TO RESPOND TO QUESTIONS THAT ARE ALREADY ANSWERED HERE ON MY WEBSITE. Please do not contact the studio. ⸻ MANAGING YOUR APPOINTMENT View, adjust, reschedule, or cancel via the text/email you received when you made your appointment. PLEASE SAVE THESE. • Regular cancellations are only accepted via the booking site - not by text, email, or social media. • If you cancel after the online window closes, text me. Late-cancellation fees apply. • All changes must be made at least *48 hours* in advance or you’ll be charged for the full reserved time. ⸻ BOOKING My time is reserved exclusively for you. My online schedule shows my availability for the next 90 days. • I rarely reschedule booked appointments but can’t guarantee those scheduled beyond 90 days. ⸻ WAITLIST Spots open up frequently, and you’ll be notified automatically. • To add yourself, select the service(s) you’d like, then tap the “Join Waitlist” button at the bottom of page. NOTE: If you’re able to book an appointment from my waitlist, please remember to cancel any other appointments you no longer need, so that space can be made available for other clients. ⸻ TIME ADJUSTMENTS Appointments may shift up to 30 minutes later to help optimize scheduling. You’ll receive an automated update if any changes are made. ⸻ IN A RUSH? Anyone who knows me knows I am never, ever running early. So if you need to be out by a certain time, give me a heads-up BEFORE we start! I do need [at least] most of the appointment time, but I will move faster if we skip the yapping. NOTE: My schedule is heavily influenced by the flow of the day, so I recommend leaving some flexibility between commitments. ⸻ QUIET APPOINTMENTS Need some quiet time? Just let me know! I want your appointment to be what you need. ⸻ PARKING We have a pretty large, FREE parking lot directly across from the front of the salon, and there’s also a good amount of street parking available! ⸻ TRAIN We’re diagonally across from the Green Street stop on the Orange Line. ⸻ PAYMENT I love cash, but may not always have change, so please bring exact cash if needed. I also accept Apple Pay and card. Gratuity not accepted. ⸻ STUDIO ETIQUETTE • Phones: Please silence your phone. • Children: Please arrive alone unless with your own guardian/caretaker. • Animals: Only trained service animals allowed (per state board regulations). • WiFi: Available if you’d like to work while your color is processing. ⸻ HAIRCUT / COLOR ADJUSTMENTS I want you to love your hair! CANCELLATION POLICY
You’ll receive a reminder about your appt 2 weeks beforehand, and confirmations begin 72 hrs beforehand. Please confirm, adjust, reschedule, or cancel your appt as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: Adjustments, reschedules, or cancellations must be made online, unless you are within 48 hrs of your appt. Within 48 hrs, please TEXT me at 508-251-9321, as any changes made during this time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Your appt will be canceled if you do not confirm at least 24 hrs in advance. FAQs/policies can be found on my GlossGenius page. ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ADJUSTING, RESCHEDULING, OR CANCELING My time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute changes often make it impossible to rebook that time. Because of this, and to protect my livelihood, I’m unable to financially absorb last-minute adjustments, reschedules, or cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment for any reason. This includes removing a service from your appointment (for example, if you no longer want the haircut you booked but still want the color). To adjust, reschedule, or cancel, click the link in your confirmation email or text and select “Manage My Appointment.” PLEASE NOTE: All adjustments, reschedules, and cancellations must be made online, unless you are within 48 hours of your appointment. Within 48 hours, you are required to TEXT me at 508-251-9321. ⸻ WAITLIST EXCEPTION If you need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours and I'm able to fill it with someone from my waitlist, you will be refunded. PLEASE NOTE: Last minute cancellations can be extremely hard to fill. ⸻ CONFIRMATIONS To confirm your appointment, click the link in your email or text reminder and select “Manage My Appointment” and then select “Confirm.” PLEASE NOTE: You’ll receive a reminder about your upcoming appointment 2 weeks beforehand, and confirmations begin 72 hours beforehand. Please confirm, adjust, reschedule, or cancel your appointment as soon as possible. Your appointment will be canceled if you do not confirm at least 24 hours in advance. By booking and/or confirming your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all policies listed on my GlossGenius page. ⸻ CREDIT CARD POLICY A valid credit card must remain on file. My system is secure, encrypting your details. ⸻ LATE POLICY Arriving 5–15 minutes late may result in a partial or full cancellation of your service, still requiring full payment. Please plan for traffic, train delays, and parking. ⸻ BOOKING AGREEMENT By booking, you acknowledge all FAQs in the “About” section of my website and accept all of my policies, which are both separate from Geist Hair Studio’s. Unpaid missed appointments will block future bookings at both Geist and Textured Petite.
